Shipping
All orders ship within 5-7 business days. It's possible for orders to process sooner, but please allow up to 7 business days to receive your tracking information.
Orders are shipped First Class with USPS. Autumn Cloud Design currently ships to 27 Countries. Customers are responsible for any VAT and/or Customs fees. If you decide to refuse delivery, your order amount will be refunded once the package is returned to us, but the shipping cost will not be included. If you don't see your country available for shipping, reach out for a quote!
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are delivered to USPS. If you have questions about tracking, please contact USPS directly. If you have questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at autumnclouddesign@gmail.com
Returns & Exchanges
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within 7 days of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. PLEASE DO NOT bend your earrings, Polymer clay is sturdy but it is not indestructible.

Hypoallergenic
Most of our earring findings are 18k Gold Plated Brass or Stainless Steel unless otherwise stated on a listing, we are working towards having all earring findings be hypoallergenic.
What are common jewelry allergies?
The most common jewelry allergy is to nickel. Nickel can be found in many products that touch skin, ranging from earring posts, body jewelry, eyeglass frames, watchbands, button, zippers, and costume jewelry, to basic hair pins. All of our earring posts are Nickel Free.
What is hypoallergenic jewelry?
Hypoallergenic jewelry is jewelry that is made out of pure metals such as platinum, 18k gold, titanium, copper, and stainless steel, fine silver and sterling silver. Hypoallergenic jewelry means that there is minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction. suitable for those who experience allergic reactions to nickel. The safest alternative to metal is medical-grade plastic earrings.
Earring Care
While Polymer clay is sturdy, it is not indestructible. Please be gentle with your earrings and do not bend them excessively.
Keep your earrings away from excessive heat and water. Store in a cool dry place when not wearing them
Brass findings may tarnish over time, cleaning them with Brasso or vinegar will help keep them shiny
