Refund policy

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within 7 days of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. PLEASE DO NOT bend your earrings, Polymer clay is sturdy but it is not indestructible.
