Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders ship within 5-7 business days. It's possible for orders to process sooner, but please allow up to 7 business days to receive your tracking information. 

Orders are shipped First Class with USPS. Autumn Cloud Design currently ships to 27 Countries.  Customers are responsible for any VAT and/or Customs fees. If you decide to refuse delivery, your order amount will be refunded once the package is returned to me, but the shipping cost will not be included. If you don't see your country available for shipping, reach out for a quote!
